Volleyball
Men and women 50 years and better can be a part of our Broomfield Volleyball team(s) in the Colorado Senior Volleyball Association. Our team(s) plays throughout the metro area against another 50 years and better teams. League play is January-March and September-November. Email athletics@broomfield.org for more information.
Softball
Enjoy the camaraderie with fellow active adults and experience the health benefits that this sport provides. Join one of our senior softball teams. Experienced or not, everyone is welcome. League play begins in April. The Monday league players must be 70 years old by December 31 of the current year. The Wednesday league is for those players at least 50 years old by December 31 of the current year. Email athletics@broomfield.org for more information.
Tennis
This course is designed for older adults that are looking for an opportunity to play tennis on a regular basis during the Summer and receive instruction to improve their enjoyment of the sport. Softball
Offering 3 seasons of Adult Men's and Coed Softball; Spring, Summer and Fall. Games are Sunday through Friday with regular season and tournament play offering different levels on each night. Contact athletics@broomfield.org for more information.

Tennis

Ladies Links and Lagers is a women's golf league where various fun golf games will be played each week at Greenway Park (110 Greenway Drive). All skill levels are welcome. We have paired with local businesses to host after golf drink specials. Contact athletics@broomfield.org for more information.

A Note to Parents Concerning Registration
Youth sports programs will take registrations until the program is full. Register early to guarantee a spot in the program.
Coaches Needed
We rely on volunteers to coach the youth sports programs. We will train you on the basics of coaching and teach you the basic skills the children should be taught. All it takes is a willingness and interest in helping children. For information on all youth sports, email youth-athletics@broomfield.org.
Basketball
The Little Dribblers Program (Kindergarten-2nd Grade) meet on Saturdays for a 30 minute practice followed by a 30 minute scrimmage for 6 weeks. The Youth Basketball Program (3rd-8th Grade) have an 8-game season with one or two practices a week and games played on Saturdays. Participants sign up individually and are then placed on teams after the mini camps. Mini camp dates will be available at the time of registration. Volleyball
Recreational Volleyball is offered twice a year in the Spring and in the Fall for grades 2nd-8th. For the 2nd-4th grade the program format is a 30 minute practice followed by a 30 minute coach led scrimmage. For the 5th-8th grade the program format is a 1 hour practice and a 1 hour coach led scrimmage each week. For more information please contact youth-athletics@broomfield.org.

Team Tennis & Tennis Lessons
Tennis Lessons and Team Tennis are offered during the Summer Only. Lessons are offered for ages 5-15 year olds. Matches are on Fridays against other agencies in the North Denver Metro Area. This recreational program combines learning fundamentals, practice and games. Practices are once or twice a week with games played one or two nights a week. A skills assessment for ages 9-15 years old will happen prior to team formation. Due to weather and scheduling game/practice days may fluctuate. Little Sluggers is a 6-week program for boys and girls that are 4 years old. Participant must be 4 years old before the start of the program. The program is on Saturdays only with a half-hour game following a half-hour practice. All participants need to bring their own glove. Girls Tball is a 7-week program for girls 5-7 years. Participant must be 5 years old before the start of the program. C.A.R.A Track & Cross Country
C.A.R.A Track has two sessions during the summer a morning and an evening. Morning sessions will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Evening sessions will meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Both sessions are for ages 5 to 15 years old. Participants are able to compete in C.A.R.A. track meets on Saturday mornings. For more information please contact youth-athletics@broomfield.org.

Cross Country is a fall program for ages 7-14.Participants are encouraged to be able to jog/run a minimum of 10 minutes continuously prior to the first practice.
