Child Watch Appointments Are Moving to Child Pilot

We’re excited to share that Child Watch appointments are moving to a new system! Starting February 2, we will no longer be using Appointment Plus. We will now be using Child Pilot.

This new system will help improve communication and customer service for our families.

Child Pilot Features

  • Ensures appointments are booked in the correct age group

  • In-app messaging so parents can notify staff if a child is sick, or staff can contact parents if a child needs to be picked up

  • Digital “ouch” reports

  • Digital behavior reports

How to Get Started

Once you complete the inquiry form, a staff member will process your request. You will receive an email with your login information and instructions on how to make reservations.

  • To guarantee a spot, families can make a reservation online through the ChildPilot App.
  • If you do not already have an account, you will need to fill out the ChildPilot Inquiry Form.
  • Before attending, you will also need to create KidCheck profiles for you and your kiddo. View KidCheck instructions.
  • We recommend making reservations 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations can be made online through ChildPilot.
  • Children ages 6 months to 10 years are welcome to attend Child Watch at PDRC.
  • Children are welcome to stay for up to 1.5 hours.
