Rebates for Water Efficiency

Water Rebate Information

The City and County of Broomfield offers a variety of water rebates.

Rebates help offset the cost to replace inefficient toilets and sprinklers with new, water-efficient models.  Broomfield also offers rebates for rain barrels!

If you receive a utility bill from the City and County of Broomfield, you or your business may qualify for rebates. Rebates are available for residential, commercial, and industrial water customers.

Making your home or business more water-efficient is good for the environment, may reduce your water and sewer bill, and saves energy, too. Start saving now by applying for a water rebate:

Starting Jan. 1, 2024, the City and County of Broomfield is offering a $100 rebate for 1.1 gallon per flush or less WaterSense-labeled toilets.

In July 2023, the Environmental Protection Agency proposed revisions to the WaterSense Labeled toilet standards.  This change is not only to meet the Environmental Protection Agency's proposed revisions, but also to help conserve more water.
