Missed Classes/Refunds
Refunds/Credits/make up classes are not available for missed classes during a session. Families reserve the ability to withdraw their child from the remainder of a gymnastics session from their personal B-REx.com account at anytime and will receive a full credit for any remaining classes. A credit can be used for any future Broomfield Recreation registrations. A $10 fee is charged for refund back to a credit card.
Inclement Weather
Refunds / make up classes are not available for classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather.
Gymnastics Dress Code includes:
- Leotards, shorts, t-shirts, or sweats - it is preferred no jeans, dresses, socks or large t-shirts.
- Long hair should be pulled back.
- No jewelry, gum or candy is allowed.
Evaluations
Gymnast skill levels are evaluated in the Beginner, Advanced Beginner, and Pre Team levels. You will receive an evaluation on the last day of class, which will let you know what to sign up for next. It is always best to assume the gymnast will repeat their current level.
Transfer/returning gymnasts can set up a 10 min evaluation to confirm which level is the best fit. Please contact gymnastics@broomfield.org for an evaluation appointment.
