If you are planning to do a fence replacement, redo your patio, or upgrade landscaping on your property and your property backs up to a park, open space or greenbelt, you will need an Access Permit prior to accessing through the public land. An Access Permit is required before entering onto City and County of Broomfield property.
Access Permits are free of charge from the City and County of Broomfield Department of Parks, Recreation and Senior Services. A representative from the Parks Services Division will review your request and explain the "Terms and Conditions" of your permit. Please submit an Access Permit a minimum of 48 business hours prior to beginning work to allow for an inspection check-list and for processing of the permit to occur.
