Water Fitness Classes!
Anyone ages 16 and older may participate in water fitness. Anyone 12-15 years old may participate with an adult 18 years or older. For complete class listings please click on the class schedule below:
What Classes do we have?
Water Aerobics, Hydrodynamics and Fluid Motion Classes
This is a medium to hard class designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, toning and flexibility. This class focuses on giving you a full, well rounded aerobic and strength workout.
River Running and Circuit Running
This is an easy-hard class that offers low impact walking and running exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness.
Arthritis, Athro-aerobics and Therapy Based Classes
This is an easy-medium level class. This program provides exercises with gentle therapy monuments in a warm water pool. This program is designed to help ease your pain from arthritis or chronic pain disorders as well as those prepping or recovering from surgery, or those looking to get back into an exercise program.
Pre and Post Natal Water Classes
This is an easy-medium low impact class designed to encourage you to continue both cardio and safe strength movements to benefit you throughout your pregnancy, before, during, and after. The focus is on toning, strength, flexibility, regulating your heart rate and breathing techniques. A great class to meet others and share your experiences and help each other! Being in the water throughout your pregnancy is incredibly rewarding and beneficial!
