About Todd
Todd was appointed to represent Ward 5 in 2021 and was elected in November 2021. He and his wife Stacy, a language arts teacher, have lived in Broomfield since 2014. Their two children are Legacy High School graduates.
Professional Background
Todd is director of communications strategy for UCHealth, a Colorado-based, non-profit healthcare system which has one of its 14 hospitals located in Broomfield. He previously was the associate vice president for marketing and communications at Regis University, the director of communications and outreach for Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund (GOCO), a statewide agency devoted to land conservation and outdoor recreation, and director of marketing and communications for the University of Kansas. He began his career in Washington as a newspaper reporter and editor.

Board member and President of the Trails North HOA, 2016-2020. Previously was twice elected to the Baldwin City (KS) City Council.

Education
Todd has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a bachelor of arts in political science and a bachelor of science in journalism, both from the University of Kansas.
